Dr. Sheehan is far more qualified than I am, as are you, and Kiryu's done so much for the Counseling Offices, and serves a very important role on the staff for those who would rather speak with their fists.

But you don't have to go, is what I'm saying. There's room for everyone. The ship has a lot of people on it and not a lot of good mental health and coping mechanisms. We can ask the Admiral for another office. He granted it before. There's no reason he won't grant it again.

Ah, we don't need a fourth person holding a key to those offices, but I'd be happy to stay on if anyone needed me. I just won't be based in the office, and I can be an added...resource, let's say.
